• We cannot deliver to a “PO Box” or “Private Bag” address.
  • All goods are sent via a 'Signature required courier' so you must provide a physical address where someone is available during the day to sign for your delivery.
  • Items purchased online cannot be picked up from stores
  • Please be aware that items are not delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • Please allow us up to 15 working days to process your transaction and send the goods.
  • Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the stated delivery times are kept, due to variables outside of our control, we cannot guarantee that the goods will arrive as per the stated delivery times.
  • Deliveries to Rural areas and Waiheke Island can take up to an additional 2 working days for delivery and may incur a surcharge of $15.00, unless stated otherwise.
  • Should a parcel be returned after several attempts at delivery have been made, the customer will be liable for a re-delivery charge of $20.00.
  • Please note that a signature is required for all deliveries. The goods become the recipient’s property and responsibility once they have been signed for at the time of delivery.
  • We take no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen goods, or goods that have been delivered to an incorrect address.
  • If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 business days at  We will use this delivery information to make a claim against our courier company.
  • We cannot arrange same day delivery for items purchased online.
  • We do not ship to overseas customers unless arranged with us, prior to purchase.
